KGR Health and Wellness Coaching course exceeded my expectations! The instructors were engaging and knowledgeable, and my classmates were wonderful, too. The live Zoom weekly classes were chock full of information, and well-paced. Furthermore, we did three full rounds of practice coaching, which taught us the basics of H&W coaching. Happy to highly recommend this course!!
I wanted to let you guys know that the class today was amazing and I'm so glad I found KGR. I love how the info is presented and especially appreciate all of the "what to expect" with how the learning plays out in real life. That, along with all that is shared, is so helpful in gaining an understanding of not just the material, but the process as well. I also love how intimate the class is and how everyone can contribute. I'm really looking forward to the rest of the course. You guys are doing a great job!
KGR is an absolutely fantastic program that prepares you with both the foundational knowledge and essential skills of health coaching. You are able to practice applying health coaching skills in authentic ways and get feedback that really helps you improve as a coach. They foster a positive learning environment that makes you feel supported and motivated. I cannot say enough about how great my experience was with this program!
