KGR goes above and beyond!

Our Philosophy

KGR instructors are passionate about health coaching and bring a wealth of knowledge and experience to the classroom.  Our instructors are all currently active coaches.  We provide ongoing guidance, support and feedback to help you succeed every step of the way.  KGR operates from a different model compared to other traditional health coaching certification courses. We are intentional with maintaining small class sizes so that all instructors are easily accessible.  Most importantly, our instructors are dedicated to making this an incredibly fun and impactful experience for all students.

Bringing the Classroom to You

Each of us at KGR are experienced classroom educators who have observed first hand how impactful in-person learning can be, particularly when practicing health coaching skills.  Accessibility is a top priority of KGR and from the beginning, it was our mission to develop an online platform that was easily assessible AND one that replicated the benefits of in-person learning.  Fostering collaboration and creating connections among classmates and instructors is an integral component of our Live Studio “classroom” structure.  It is our intention for every student to feel thoroughly supported by their KGR instructors and upon graduation, be fully confident to take the next steps in beginning their new coaching career.

"Learning By Doing"

“Learning by Doing” best describes our program structure.  Practice does make perfect, and at KGR we provide extensive practical experiences through hands-on coaching sessions, role-playing exercises, and case studies. You will also receive ongoing feedback from your instructors and peers throughout the entire course.

Practice coaching sessions are a crucial part of any health coach training program, as they provide you with the opportunity to apply what you’ve learned in a real-world setting. Our program offers a remarkable 17 practice coaching sessions, which is significantly more than what others in the industry typically offer (usually only 3 to 5 sessions). This extensive practice is essential for building your confidence and coaching skills, allowing you to fine-tune your approach and gain practical experience. With more practice coaching sessions, you’ll have more opportunities to work with different clients and scenarios, which will ultimately help you become a more effective and successful health coach. By the end of our program, you’ll have the experience and skills you need to launch your career with confidence and make a meaningful difference in the lives of your clients.
