Diversity and inclusion reach far beyond buzzwords at KGR.  We understand that the cornerstone of a thriving, equitable society lies within the great responsibility of diversity, equity, inclusion, accessibility, and Justice (DEIAJ).  We strive everyday to recognize and value the unique backgrounds, perspectives, and experiences our students bring to the table.  Our mission is to create an environment where everyone feels welcome, safe, brave, and empowered to be uniquely themselves.    

We have seen first hand the profound learning opportunities DEIAJ discussions provide. Exposure to diverse perspectives in the classroom challenges our preconceptions and encourages critical thinking, particularly in areas we may not have confronted ourselves with before.  At KGR, we are intentional about bringing these rich conversations into the classroom and coaching framework.
